Student spotlight

For BCIT Fish, Wildlife and Recreation student Easton Hoisington, the classroom spanned BC’s forests and wild landscapes this past summer. Easton joined BCIT faculty Justin Perry on fieldwork across BC, where they used drone technology to support forest management projects.

“I had no drone experience before this, but BCIT gave me the foundation I needed,” Easton explains.
